Our Story:
Over a decade, after working in various teams across the globe - within MNCs like Amazon & Yahoo to startups like Licious & ClearTax- we realized that not all experiences were equal, and so were our productivity and engagement levels. That got us thinking about what made each role tick, and then, to reading work motivation science. What you get on the platform is a year's worth of effort spent in a room spent on decoding org psychology and making it practically applicable to the modern workplace. We are passionate about making work 'not work' for all, and since the first step to that starts with knowing our own self better, we gladly offer the personality profiling we built for the SuperBeings platform free for all. Really.
